PlayStation 3 finally hacked

A hacker known as George Hotz, who is already known in the iPhone community, revealed on his blog that he managed to crack the Sony PlayStation 3 console.
PlayStation 3 console has excellent security protection, and in the past 3 + years was not successful hacked. Mentioned hacker managed to get a full read / write access to the whole PS3 system, and now follows the process of building software and reverse engineering that ordinary users enjoy cheaper with PS3 console.
The better is that PS3 won't need a modchip as the previous generation. Time elapsed since officila presentation of PS3 console until breaking the protection is:
3 years, 2 months and 11 days
Hacking process isn't revalved, and one of the reasons is that Sony could make it difficult to break with one of the following firmwares.
